This apartment building is located on a lot previously occupied by a single-family house. It is an interior block that looks out to a patio and to the street above the 3rd level, where the house has a garden roof top. The distribution responds to the principle of a single space with no obstructions; an open floor ground where the program freely takes place. So that all service areas have natural lighting and ventilation, they are concentrated on the sides, getting narrower around the area towards both facades. On the side facing the patio, the facade is a direct translation of the interior space; and on the back of the lot, plants grow from floor slabs to create a filter to the outside and generate privacy.
